Please review the policies below before purchasing a template or booking a custom website. These guidelines protect both your experience and my time as a designer.

Policies & Terms
  • All template purchases are final.

Because templates are digital products with instant access, all sales are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.

Once the template link is delivered, the product cannot be “returned,” even if:

    • You purchased it by accident

    • You changed your mind

    • You decided not to use it

    • You ordered the wrong platform

    • You are unable to figure out how to edit it

    • Your business direction changed

Please make sure the template matches your platform (Wix or Canva) before purchasing.

  • One purchase = one website.

Each template purchase includes a single-use license, which allows you to use the template for one business, brand, or client.

    You may not:

    • Share the template link with others

    • Resell the template

    • Duplicate the template for more than one business

    • Claim the design as your own

    • Repackage the template as a product

    • Use it across multiple brands without an additional license

If you need multiple licenses, I offer discounted bundle pricing.

  • Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project.
Work does not begin until the deposit has been received.

    Remaining payments are due:

    • At the midpoint of the project (if using a 3-part payment plan), or

    • Upon final delivery before the site is transferred

Failure to complete payments may pause the project.

    Timeline & Delays

    Project timelines depend on:

    • Client responsiveness

    • Number of revisions

    • Complexity of the project

    • Add-on services

If you delay communication for more than 7 days, the project may be paused or rescheduled.

    Revisions

Each custom website package includes a set number of revision rounds.
Additional revisions are billed at an hourly or per-revision rate.

    Client Responsibilities

To keep the project moving, the client must provide:

    • Text/copy

    • Logos

    • Brand colors

    • Photos

    • Business details

    • Timely feedback

Missing content will delay the project.

  • Template Delivery

Digital templates are delivered instantly via an access link.

    Custom Website Delivery

Once the final payment has been made:

    • The website will be transferred to your Wix account

    • You will receive training guides or video instructions

    • You will receive 7 days of post-launch support for minor questions or fixes

  • Templates

    All template sales are final.

    Custom Websites

    Deposits are non-refundable.
If the client chooses to cancel after work has begun, payment for work already completed is still required.

Refunds are not offered for completed design work.

  • After Your Site Is Delivered

You own and manage your website going forward.

Optional paid support is available for:

    • Monthly maintenance

    • Additional features

    • Blog setup

    • SEO

    • Mobile repairs

    • Redesigns

If something is accidentally broken or changed after delivery, this falls under paid support.

  • Basic SEO setup improves visibility and search readiness, but SEO results depend on:

    • Content quality

    • Keywords

    • Competition

    • Backlinks

    • Consistent updates

I do not guarantee specific rankings or traffic numbers.

  • DiggiDo is not liable for:

    • Loss of revenue due to website downtime

    • Issues caused by client edits after delivery

    • Domain or hosting problems controlled by Wix or third-party providers

    • Loss of content caused by client error

These policies are here to make your experience smooth, transparent, and stress-free.
