My images look blurry — how do I fix this?

Make sure you’re uploading high-resolution images:

• JPG or PNG

• At least 1500–2000px wide for full-width photos

• Avoid screenshots
   

My mobile version looks messy — is that normal?

Yep! After customizing, mobile may need a few adjustments:

• Resize text

• Adjust spacing

• Re-stack elements

• Hide decorative items on mobile
   

This happens on all website builders and is part of personalizing your site.

Something shifted and I don’t know how to undo it.

Use Wix’s History Panel to restore a previous version.
