These Terms of Service outline the policies, expectations, and responsibilities that apply when working with DiggiDo Designs. They are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent experience for both you and your business.

  • By submitting an application, purchasing a website template, scheduling a consultation, or using any services provided by DiggiDo Designs, you agree to these Terms of Service.

    These terms exist to clearly define the working relationship between DiggiDo Designs and its clients while helping ensure every project is completed efficiently and professionally.

  • DiggiDo Designs currently offers services including, but not limited to:

    • Website Template Customization

    • Website Refresh Services

    • Custom Website Design

    • Website Consulting

    • Website Maintenance (when applicable)

    • Digital Products and Website Templates

    Services may change or expand over time without prior notice.

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee project acceptance.

    Every application is individually reviewed based on:

    • Project scope

    • Availability

    • Timeline

    • Budget alignment

    • Platform compatibility

    • Overall fit

    DiggiDo Designs reserves the right to decline any project for any lawful reason.

  • Project pricing varies depending on scope, requested features, and overall complexity.

    All pricing provided in proposals is valid for the period specified within the proposal.

    Projects are not scheduled until the required deposit has been received.

  • A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins.

    Deposits reserve time in the project schedule and compensate for planning, research, and project preparation.

    Remaining payments are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your proposal or invoice.

    Failure to make payments may result in project delays or suspension.

  • Clients agree to provide all required materials necessary to complete the project, including, when applicable:

    • Website content

    • Images

    • Logos

    • Branding assets

    • Login access

    • Product information

    • Feedback and approvals

    Delays in providing requested materials may affect project timelines.

    Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any content they provide.

  • Estimated timelines begin once:

    • Required deposit has been paid

    • All necessary content has been received

    • Required account access has been granted

    Estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be adjusted if project scope changes, materials are delayed, or unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • Each project includes the revision process outlined in the accepted proposal.

    Revisions are intended to refine the approved design—not completely redesign the website after work has begun.

    Requests outside the original project scope may require an updated proposal and additional fees.

  • Timely communication helps projects stay on schedule.

    Clients agree to respond to requests for approvals, revisions, or required information within a reasonable timeframe whenever possible.

    Extended periods of inactivity may result in project delays or rescheduling.

  • Some projects may require third-party products or services, including:

    • Wix Premium Plans

    • Domain registration

    • Email providers

    • Stock photography

    • Booking systems

    • Marketing software

    • Payment processors

    These services are purchased separately unless otherwise specified.

    DiggiDo Designs is not responsible for changes, outages, pricing adjustments, or policies of third-party providers.

  • Upon completion of the project and receipt of all final payments:

    • The client owns their website content.

    • The client retains ownership of their branding materials.

    • DiggiDo Designs retains ownership of proprietary processes, templates, reusable design systems, and original intellectual property not specifically transferred in writing.

    DiggiDo Designs reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Clients may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice.

    Deposits are non-refundable.

    If work has already begun, additional fees may be due for work completed prior to cancellation.

    Digital products, website templates, downloadable files, and other digital purchases are non-refundable due to their nature.

  • DiggiDo Designs strives to provide high-quality services but cannot guarantee:

    • Search engine rankings

    • Sales results

    • Business growth

    • Website traffic

    • Platform uptime

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, DiggiDo Designs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services or products.

  • All original graphics, layouts, written materials, templates, branding assets, and design systems created by DiggiDo Designs remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless ownership is specifically transferred through written agreement.

    Clients may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce DiggiDo Designs templates or digital products without permission.

  • Personal information submitted through this website is handled in accordance with the DiggiDo Designs Privacy Policy.

    Information is collected only as necessary to provide services, respond to inquiries, process payments, and improve the client experience.

  • DiggiDo Designs may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

    Updated versions become effective upon publication on this website.

    Clients are encouraged to review these terms periodically.

  • These Terms and any agreement between the Client and DiggiDo Designs will be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or legal action related to the services, website, invoice, project, or these Terms must be brought in the appropriate state or federal court located in Missouri, unless both parties agree in writing to another resolution method.

  • DiggiDo Designs is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control. This may include, but is not limited to, power outages, internet or technology failures, platform outages, illness, family emergencies, severe weather, acts of God, government actions, labor disruptions, third-party service interruptions, or other unexpected circumstances.

    If something outside our control affects the project timeline, DiggiDo Designs will communicate with the Client as soon as reasonably possible and will adjust deadlines or delivery dates in a fair and reasonable way.
