If your project is a good fit, you'll receive an invitation to schedule a consultation where we'll discuss the next steps. If I'm unable to take on your project, you'll receive a courteous email letting you know.
Yes! I work remotely with businesses throughout the United States and internationally.
As long as we're able to communicate effectively through email and virtual meetings, location isn't a problem.
Please note that meeting times will be scheduled according to time zone availability, and pricing will remain in USD.

A non-refundable deposit is required before work begins to reserve your project in my schedule.
The remaining balance is due according to the terms outlined in your proposal and agreement.
Payments are securely processed online.
Accepted payment methods may include major credit cards and other secure payment options provided through Wix Payments.
Payment instructions will be included with your proposal and invoice.
Payment plans may be available for larger custom website projects.
Template Customization and Website Refresh services typically require payment according to the terms provided in your proposal.

Website hosting, premium Wix plans, domain registration, third-party software, premium plugins, stock photography, and other external services are not included unless specifically stated in your proposal.

You'll be able to update text, swap photos, publish blog posts, and make basic changes without needing to know how to code.
Yes.
Ongoing maintenance is available for clients who prefer professional support after launch.

Working Together
Each project includes a reasonable revision period to refine your website and ensure it aligns with the approved design direction.
Revisions are intended for refining the design—not creating an entirely new website or changing the project's original scope.
Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may require an additional fee.

Once your project has been completed and all final payments have been received, you'll have full ownership of your website and its content.
Because I intentionally limit the number of projects I take on at one time, not every application is accepted.
Projects may be declined due to scheduling availability, project scope, timeline conflicts, or because another service would better meet your needs.
If I'm unable to accept your project, you'll receive a courteous notification after your application has been reviewed.
